Mediation and Court


As an Acting Commissioner in the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, I am both trained and experienced in mediation to achieve settlement of a range of property valuation, compensation and other property related disputes
Subject to their being no conflicts of interest with my current commitments, I may be available to undertake the following roles:
     

Mediation
As a mediator for property valuation, compensation and other property related disputes, focused on achieving an outcome acceptable to both parties as a cheaper and faster alternative to litigation.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
As an independent intermediary for property valuation, compensation and other property related disputes, focused on achieving an outcome acceptable to both parties as a cheaper and faster alternative to litigation.

Expert Witness
With previous experience in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, I may be available to provide expert advice on the following areas:

  • Property investment decision making
  • REIT management, including fund, portfolio, asset and property management
  • Property valuation
  • Discounted cash flow
  • Capitalisation rates
  • AVMs and indexes
  • Green building valuation
  • Accounting, valuation and property standards and guidance notes.

I am unable to provide expert advice on matters before the Land & Environment Court of New South Wales.
